This policy explains what information we collect when you verify with the Floréa Assistant system and how we handle it.
We process and store only the stable identifiers needed to verify your account:
We do not store your Roblox username, password, or any private data in our database.
We use your linked IDs to identify your Roblox group ranks and update your roles and nickname dynamically inside the Discord server.
Your verification mapping is stored securely in our database and is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties. It is exposed via a secure API to our Roblox game server strictly to grant in-game perks based on your Discord roles.
You can unlink your account and delete your stored verification mapping at any time by running the `/unverify` command inside the Discord server. Doing so will immediately erase your records from our database.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your request and could be unable to fulfill requests that compromise the security or rights of others.
Roblox accounts may belong to younger users. Floréa Assistant is intended for authorized server use. If you believe we have collected information from a child in a manner inconsistent with applicable law, email [email protected] so we can review and take appropriate action.
